Enormous benefit can be gained from moving slower, breathing more deeply and simplifying our approach.

We'll explore the foundations of yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork - in particular ways to breathe more efficiently) 

and simple ways to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (the rest side of things).

By breaking down the practices, we have time to establish alignment and technique, increasing strength,

stability and flexibility in way that supports the whole body.

An ideal practice for newbies who are keen to get to grips with the basics... and for avid yoga fans this is an opportunity to revisit familiar territory with a fresh perspective.

All are welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary + no need to be bendy!
