Yoga for pregnancy
Yoga during pregnancy is a powerful and nourishing practice; cultivating a deeper connection with your baby and other mamas-to-be, and equipping you with practical tools to prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for childbirth. Through tension-releasing movement, stress-relieving breathwork and guided relaxation, yoga can boost energy levels, improve sleep and alleviate discomfort.
