Make time to dive into deep, deserving rest. This special Friday night class offers you space to pause; to sink into the sacred practice of doing less and truly recalibrate your nervous system. Sarah will guide you into a grounded state of being with a sound journey, nourishing Restorative Yoga postures and yoga nidra (a form of meditation accessed through relaxation). These are powerful tools to combat stress, overwhelm or fatigue. As David Whyte says - "To rest is to give up on the already exhausted will as the prime motivator of endeavour, with its endless outward need to reward itself through established goals.
