What to expect
Let your day go, transitioning into the evening with an hour of deep stretching, calming breathwork and mindfulness. Yin yoga is a powerful, slow practice where the postures are held for minutes, rather than a matter of seconds. The connective tissues of the body respond to these lengthier holds; a sometimes challenging exercise for the mind, but ultimately rewarding us with a deeper sense of spaciousness in our beings. Suitable for all bodies and yoga levels - modifications are always available. Class sizes at SCYSTUDIO are limited - a small, friendly group so that you are given the individual attention you deserve.
