What to expect
Join Sarah for an hour of fluid, freeing and strengthening yoga; a practice which is accessible, inclusive for all levels and playful. Connecting movement with breath though creative, flowing sequences, this class is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. This is a streamed online class, hosted by zoom - the link will be sent to you 30 minutes before the class. Booking closes an hour before the class start time. Some guidance for zooming: - Download the zoom app (it's free) to your phone, tablet or computer. - An email, containing your zoom invite, will be sent to you 30 minutes before the class. This will take you to our "virtual waiting room" until class starts. - Find your quietest corner and let others know you're taking part in a guided practice online. - If you experience technical difficulties during the session, it's best to close the browser and relaunch. Head back to the email link and join the class again from there. WHEN BOOKING: please select the time that you wish to book in order to proceed through the 'next' button.
