yoga for stress relief

Learning how to switch off is challenging.

Our 24/7 culture is designed for busy bees, so our yoga practice should compliment rather than reinforce all this doing.  

This event will guide you through tools to manage stress, in the many ways it presents itself in our bodies. We'll be unwinding achey muscles with tension releasing exercises, exploring simple breathing techniques that reduce cortisol levels in the bloodstream, and sealing the practice with yoga nidra - a meditation technique accessed through deep, deep relaxation. 


All are welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary + no need to be bendy!
